Stohb for freelancers & consultants
More time for the work you love.
Send a proper invoice, stay on top of follow-ups, and keep your clients organised. A little structure goes a long way when you work for yourself.

Finish the job properly
Being your own boss also means doing your own admin. Start with Invoice to give every job a clear bill, a due date, and a record you can follow.
The follow-up can have a routine.
A sent invoice should not disappear into a spreadsheet. Set the reminders around its due date, keep track of what is still owed, and let the follow-up stop when payment is complete.
- Set email reminders for unpaid invoices.
- Follow part payments against the same invoice.
- Keep a clear view of the outstanding balance.

A little less chasing. A little more creating.
Keep the administration around your work in a routine: a clear invoice, a due date, reminders, and a record of part payments. Spend less time reconstructing what happened when a client asks.
- Send professional invoices for your services.
- Keep the document and its follow-up together.
- See what has been paid and what is still due.

Some now. The rest on the invoice.
Keep the sale moving when the customer is paying later. Choose Send invoice, add the customer, set the due date, and record anything already paid. The remaining balance stays clear.
- Choose the customer who will receive the invoice.
- Record the amount paid now and where it went.
- Keep the due date and outstanding balance on the same sale.

Remember the customer. Remember their credit.
A returned item or an agreed adjustment should have a record. Central keeps store credit with the customer. Add credit or take an amount off, with a note explaining the change.
- Open store credit from the customer record.
- Record an amount and the reason for the adjustment.
- Keep the customer’s balance and history together.
